Who builds the site?
A designer on our team. We start from a design made for your kind of business, write and arrange the pages with you, then hand the site over for you to keep current.
What can I change myself?
Words, prices, opening hours, pictures and whole pages. Click what you want to change on the page itself and type; Publish puts it live, and the version before stays one click away.
What does your designer still do after hand-over?
The hosting, backups, security updates, your domain and the monthly report, and the bigger changes you ask for, such as a new section or a new look.
Can customers pay by mobile money?
Yes. The shop and bookings take card and mobile money through Paystack, and orders and bookings land in your workspace with the customer’s details.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Use the domain you have, or we register one for you. Until it is pointed at your site, your draft lives at a private address only you and your designer see.
We already have a website. Can you move it?
Yes. We bring your pages, pictures and blog posts across, set up redirects from the old addresses so search engines follow, and switch the domain over when the new site is ready.
What is in the monthly report?
Visitors and how that compares with the month before, the pages read most, where visitors came from and the enquiries the forms brought. With Social or Marketing, the posts’ reach and the ads’ cost per enquiry too.
What happens to my content if I leave?
It is yours. We export your pages, pictures, enquiries and lists for you, and help move your domain to the registrar you choose.
